Call the recovery line to discuss fuel delivery and assistance restarting your motorcycle. A 50-mile service limit applies; we’ll confirm availability and any charge when you call.

Road name or number, direction of travel, nearest junction or landmark.
Your motorcycle
Make, model, colour and registration, and any luggage or damage.
What has happened
What went wrong, any warning lights and anything you have tried.
Your membership
Your Membership Number, such as RSA-1001. No number to hand? Your name and registration. Not a member? Just tell us.
How to reach you
The mobile you are calling from, and whether you have a pillion. We can share progress through WhatsApp.
Anyone needing extra help
