Save the recovery number in your phone now: 07783 529805
First, Make Sure You Are Safe
Get yourself away from traffic. Move your motorcycle too if you can do it safely. On a motorway or fast road, stand well back behind the barrier if there is one. If anyone is hurt or you are in danger, call 999 first.
Where You Are
- The road name or number and your direction of travel
- The nearest junction, village or landmark
- On motorways, the number on the nearest marker post
- A map pin, if you can share one
Your Motorcycle
- Registration, make, model and colour
- Anything we should know: luggage or damage
What Has Happened
What went wrong and when, any warning lights or noises, and anything you have already tried. A puncture, flat battery, empty tank or an accident: tell us straight away so we can arrange the right assistance.
Your Details
- Your Membership Number (on your membership card, in your confirmation email and member account)
- If you do not have it: your name and the registration on your membership
- The mobile number you are calling from
- Whether you have a pillion with you
A dedicated operator answers the recovery line and asks for your Membership Number. If you do not have it to hand, we can find your membership by name and check your motorcycle’s registration. We check your membership and payment status before recovery is dispatched.
Anyone Needing Extra Help
Tell us when you call if you or your pillion need additional assistance, so we can take your circumstances into account.
What Happens Next
Members are recovered to their registered home address, with transport for you and your pillion if needed. Once recovery is arranged, we can share live progress through WhatsApp. How recovery works.
