Topic 01

Before You Join.

Choosing a membership and what to check first.

What is the difference between Single-Bike and Multi-Bike membership?

Single-Bike covers one registered motorcycle. Multi-Bike lets you register up to three motorcycles under one membership. The recovery service, service area and call-out allowance are the same on both.

How much does membership cost?

Single-Bike is £6 a month or £60 a year. Multi-Bike is £10 a month or £100 a year. Annual membership is paid upfront in one payment.

Where do you operate?

We currently operate across North Wales, the North West, North East, Midlands and Cumbria, extending north to Glasgow. Additional coverage in South Wales and southern England is being arranged. Please contact us before joining if you are unsure whether your home address or regular riding area falls within our current service area.

How far will you recover my motorcycle?

Recovery from a breakdown location within 150 miles of your registered home address is included, subject to the current service area and membership terms. Additional mileage charges may apply beyond this distance and will be agreed before recovery.

When does my membership start?

12 hours after your first successful payment. Your confirmation and member account show the exact start date and time.

Can I pay monthly or annually?

Yes. Annual membership is paid upfront in one payment. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel: monthly every month, annual every year. Your order summary shows exactly what you are agreeing to before you pay.

How many call-outs are included?

Up to three call-outs per membership year. On Multi-Bike membership the three call-outs are shared across your registered motorcycles.

Who and what does membership cover?

Membership is held by one named member. Single-Bike covers one registered motorcycle and Multi-Bike up to three. If you have a question about someone else riding a registered motorcycle, please ask us before joining.

Which riders and motorcycles can join?

Riders aged 16 and over. Registered motorcycles must weigh no more than 300kg, and trikes and other three-wheeled vehicles are not covered.

Can I join after I have broken down?

Joining after a breakdown does not cover that breakdown. If you need help now, call us. Call us to discuss your recovery. We’ll quote based on the distance and time of the recovery and agree the charge with you before proceeding.

Topic 02

When You Break Down.

What to do, what to have ready and what happens next.

How quickly will recovery be on the way?

We aim to have recovery on the way within 30–60 minutes. This is a dispatch aim, not a guaranteed arrival time; timing depends on location and availability.

Where will my motorcycle be taken?

To your registered home address, with transport for you and your pillion if needed, subject to the service limits.

Can I follow the recovery?

Once recovery is arranged, we can share live progress through WhatsApp. Your first call for help is always by phone.

Is accident recovery included?

Yes. Membership includes breakdown and accident recovery, with puncture and battery assistance. We’ll discuss what has happened and explain the assistance or recovery arrangements when you call. If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 999 first.

Do you help with punctures?

Yes, puncture assistance is included. We’ll discuss what has happened when you call and explain the assistance or recovery arrangements. Replacement tyres and parts are paid for separately.

Do you help with a flat battery?

Yes, battery assistance is included. We’ll discuss what has happened when you call and explain the assistance or recovery arrangements. A replacement battery is paid for separately.

Run Out Of Fuel?

Call the recovery line to discuss fuel delivery and assistance restarting your motorcycle. A 50-mile service limit applies; we’ll confirm availability and any charge when you call.

What happens to me and my pillion?

Transport for you and your pillion is part of the recovery if needed. We confirm the arrangements during the call.

Who will recover my motorcycle?

Ride Sure Assist primarily uses its own recovery vehicles and team. At busy times, or when other operational constraints apply, another recovery operator may assist; if so, the wait may be longer and we will tell you when you call.

Can you help if I am not a member?

Call us to discuss your recovery. We’ll quote based on the distance and time of the recovery and agree the charge with you before proceeding.

Topic 03

Managing Your Membership.

Your account, your motorcycles, payments and cancelling.

How do I see my membership details?

Log in to your member account to see your Membership Number, membership, registered motorcycles, payments, cover start time, membership card and contract. If anything looks wrong, contact the team.

What if I change a motorcycle?

Send us a change request through the contact page (choose “Change my details or motorcycle”) with the new registration, make and model, and the team will update your membership record.

What happens if a payment fails?

Recovery benefits depend on your membership payments being up to date. If a payment fails, we will let you know and explain how to put it right, and your account shows the problem until it is resolved. The membership terms explain what an outstanding payment means for recovery before you join.

How do I cancel?

Send a cancellation request through the contact page (choose “Cancel my membership”), or call us; we confirm cancellations in writing. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in the membership terms before you pay, and your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

Broken Down Right Now?

Members and non-members can call the recovery line, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
