03

04
Receive Confirmation And Your Start Date
Membership starts 12 hours after your first successful payment.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. Annual membership is paid upfront in one payment. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel: monthly every month, annual every year. Your order summary shows exactly what you are agreeing to before you pay.
When does my membership start?
12 hours after your first successful payment. Your confirmation and member account show the exact start date and time.
What if I need recovery in my first 12 hours?
Recovery in the first 12 hours after joining is not part of membership. We can still help, as a separately charged call-out of £50 to £75 depending on the time of the call, and we will confirm the charge before recovery.
What is my Membership Number?
Every membership has its own Membership Number, for example RSA-1001. It is in your confirmation email, on your membership card and in your member account. Have it ready when you call the recovery line.
How many call-outs are included?
Up to three call-outs per membership year. On Multi-Bike membership the three call-outs are shared across your registered motorcycles.
Who and what does membership cover?
Membership is held by one named member. Single-Bike covers one registered motorcycle and Multi-Bike up to three. If you have a question about someone else riding a registered motorcycle, please ask us before joining.
Which riders and motorcycles can join?
Riders aged 16 and over. Registered motorcycles must weigh no more than 300kg, and trikes and other three-wheeled vehicles are not covered.
How far will you recover my motorcycle?
Recovery from a breakdown location within 150 miles of your registered home address is included, subject to the current service area and membership terms. Additional mileage charges may apply beyond this distance and will be agreed before recovery.
Can I join after I have broken down?
Joining after a breakdown does not cover that breakdown. If you need help now, call us. Call us to discuss your recovery. We’ll quote based on the distance and time of the recovery and agree the charge with you before proceeding.
What happens if a payment fails?
Recovery benefits depend on your membership payments being up to date. If a payment fails, we will let you know and explain how to put it right, and your account shows the problem until it is resolved. The membership terms explain what an outstanding payment means for recovery before you join.
How do I cancel?
Send a cancellation request through the contact page (choose “Cancel my membership”), or call us; we confirm cancellations in writing. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in the membership terms before you pay, and your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
