Who Arranges Your Recovery?

Call Ride Sure Assist first. Our operator asks for your Membership Number, checks your membership and payment status, confirms your location and discusses the assistance you need.

Who arranges the recovery?

Ride Sure Assist does. A dedicated operator answers the recovery line and asks for your Membership Number. If you do not have it to hand, we can find your membership by name and check your motorcycle’s registration. We check your membership and payment status before recovery is dispatched. Not a member? We quote for the recovery and agree it with you first.

Who will recover my motorcycle?

Ride Sure Assist primarily uses its own recovery vehicles and team. At busy times, or when other operational constraints apply, another recovery operator may assist; if so, the wait may be longer and we will tell you when you call.

Where will my motorcycle be taken?

To your registered home address, with transport for you and your pillion if needed, subject to the service limits.

How quickly will recovery be on the way?

We aim to have recovery on the way within 30–60 minutes. This is a dispatch aim, not a guaranteed arrival time; timing depends on location and availability.

How will I hear what is happening?

Once recovery is arranged, we can share live progress through WhatsApp. Your first call for help is always by phone.

Need extra help?

Tell us when you call if you or your pillion need additional assistance, so we can take your circumstances into account.
