Before You Join

Six things worth checking before you choose a membership, so there are no surprises when you need us.

1. Where We Operate

We currently operate across North Wales, the North West, North East, Midlands and Cumbria, extending north to Glasgow. Additional coverage in South Wales and southern England is being arranged. Please contact us before joining if you are unsure whether your home address or regular riding area falls within our current service area.

2. How Many Motorcycles

Single-Bike covers one registered motorcycle. Multi-Bike covers up to three under one membership. Enter each registration carefully when you join.

3. Who And What Can Be Registered

4. When Your Membership Starts

Membership starts 12 hours after your first successful payment, and your confirmation shows the exact time. It does not cover a breakdown that has already happened.

5. What Is Included

Membership includes breakdown and accident recovery, with puncture and battery assistance. We’ll discuss what has happened and explain the assistance or recovery arrangements when you call. Up to three call-outs per membership year, shared across your motorcycles on Multi-Bike. Recovery from a breakdown location within 150 miles of your registered home address is included, subject to the current service area and membership terms. Additional mileage charges may apply beyond this distance and will be agreed before recovery. See what is included.

6. How You Pay

Pay monthly or annually. Annual membership is paid upfront in one payment. Your order summary shows exactly what you are agreeing to before you pay. If anything is unclear, ask us first.
